By accessing and using AutoBarber ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
AutoBarber provides an automated SMS client retention system for barbers. The Service includes automated text messaging, client list management, and analytics tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, including TCPA regulations regarding SMS marketing.
The Service is billed on a recurring monthly basis at $78/month. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from your clients to send them SMS messages through the Service. AutoBarber provides tools for compliance (QR codes, opt-in forms), but ultimate responsibility for legal compliance rests with the user.
AutoBarber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
